Terms & Conditions

1. All riders should wear certified safety full face helmet, high ankle boots, gloves, armored riding jacket and knee guards or armoured riding pants while riding the motorcycle.
2.  Gear scrutiny will be done prior to the event. If you turn up without specified riding gears we reserve the right to refuse participation without the scope of refund.
3. Pillion riding will not be allowed at any circumstances.
4. Unauthorised photography will not be allowed.
5. Riders should follow all instructions of the Instructor during the event and his decisions regarding the training will be final.
6. Event manager has the right to make any changes in the itinerary without prior notice considering the weather and safety of the riders.
7. Nearest emergency medical facility is 3 kms away.
8. Riding under influence of alcohol or any narcotic substances are strictly prohibited.
9. Please carry your driving license, motor cycle registration certificate, insurance and pollution certificate.
10. Please follow all traffic rules, Good Samaritan riding etiquette and look out for each other in the group.
11. All riders should communicate emergency contact number, blood group and any medical conditions or allergies with the event manager.
12. Leave no trace policy- We strictly follow leave no trace policy and avoidance of one time use plastics. Drinking water will be provided for the riders and we urge riders not to buy packaged drinking water from shops during the event as there is no responsible way of disposing these bottles. Please carry a hydration bag or water bottle.
13. Waiver of Liability should be signed by all riders before the start of the event.
14. Maximum 14 riders can be accommodated.
15. Cancellation Policy: 50 % of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees for cancellation till 5 days before event. Beyond 5 days full booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees

Booking requirements

1. Acceptance of Terms of conditions and waiver of liability.
2. Fill the form and upload the driving license photo.
3. Pay entry fee through Razor Pay Link. Payment link will be send through email.
