Terms & Conditions

  1. All riders should wear Full face ECE/DOT/ISI rated motorcycle helmet, Motorcycle riding jacket with shoulder, elbow and back protection, Motorcycle riding pants with knee and hip armor or jeans with motorcycle riding knee guards, Motorcycle riding boots with ankle flex protection and ankle protection. Woodlands, decathlon and orazo boots will no provide adequate safety and therefore will not be allowed. Motorcycle riding gloves ( covering full fingers).
  2.  Gear scrutiny will be done prior to the event. If you turn up without specified riding gears we reserve the right to refuse participation as we have your safety in mind. NO refund will be allowed in such cases.
  3. Pillion riding will not be allowed at any circumstances.
  4. Off-road tyres recommended.
  5. Unauthorised photography will not be allowed.
  6. Riders should follow all instructions of the Instructor during the event and his decisions regarding the training will be final.
  7. Event manager has the right to make any changes in the itinerary without prior notice considering the weather and safety of the riders.
  8. Nearest emergency medical facility is in Mundakayam town which is about 50kms away from the event location.
  9. Riding under influence of alcohol or any narcotic substances are strictly prohibited.
  10. Please remember to carry warm clothes as temperatures tend to fall heavily in the nights in Kuttikanam area.
  11. Please carry your driving license, motor cycle registration certificate, insurance and pollution certificate.
  12. Please follow all traffic rules, Good Samaritan riding etiquette and look out for each other in the group.
  13. All riders should communicate emergency contact number, blood group and any medical conditions or allergies with the event manager.
  14. Leave no trace policy- We strictly follow leave no trace policy and avoidance of one time use plastics. Drinking water will be provided for the riders and we urge riders not to buy packaged drinking water from shops during the event as there is no responsible way of disposing these bottles. Please carry a hydration bag or water bottle and water can be refilled from the support vehicle.
  15. All the team members are CPR and First Aid Certified. Basic First Aid Box will be available in the support vehicle.
  16. Stay will be in Log cabin. While at the place of stay, riders must follow all rules of the homestay.
  17. A mix of veg and non-veg food according to predetermined menu will be served at the place of stay. Since Vattavada area is a small remote village area food choices will be limited.
  18. Waiver of Liability should be signed by all riders before the start of the event.
  19. Maximum 10 riders can be accommodated.
  20. Cancellation Policy: 50% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees for cancellation till 5 days before event. Beyond 5 days full booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
  21. Failure to report at the meeting point at the prescribed time will be considered as no show. No refund will be allowed for ‘No show’ cases irrespective of reasons.
