The aim of this course is to allow you to safely up your speed on a trail. It also teaches you how to look really cool on your bike. Ernie Vigil cool. Our two days power slide and brake lock slide course teaches you the techniques that comes in handy on a fast off-road rally style trail. Skill level – through the roof! Contrary to popular belief, you don’t need to be an ace off road rider to sign up but we do require that you are confident about standing up and riding off-road. We will teach you how to control a motorcycle that’s got its rear sliding like a bar of soap on a glass floor.

This course is open for all ADV’s and Scramblers regardless of engine size and again, we keep the batch small and the learning big.

What will I learn?

  1. Weight shift techniques for steering.
  2. Hard acceleration on loose surfaces.
  3. Hard braking on loose surfaces.
  4. Brake lock slide turns.
  5. Powerslide.

Motorcycle Requirements: Adventure/Scramblers. Your bike will need sump guard and engine protector bars as minimum protection. Road tyres will suffice for this course.

Mandatory Rider Protection: Full face Helmet, armoured motorcycle riding jacket, armoured gloves, Knee Guard or Motorcycle armoured riding pants and High angle riding boots.

Skill Level Required: Must be comfortable in riding off-road standing up.

Things to Carry: Water, Hydration bag, Energy gels, snacks etc
